Total HealthCare Management has a truly integrated approach to providing managed care services to our clients. We believe it is imperative that each component within the umbrella of managed care service communicate effectively with each other to ensure the best outcomes.

We achieve “best in class” outcomes for our clients through the ability to electronically interface THM services, including Utilization Review, Bill Review and Nurse Case Management. Whether all or only a segment of these services are provided by THM, the level of electronic communication is seamless. We not only share the same database of information, but also provide electronic interface with our clients, ensuring all partners are working in concert. This highly sophisticated electronic integration does not take the place of communication and cooperation from THM with our clients. We still maintain Service, Integrity and measurable Outcomes. Effective communication and measurable outcomes is not just a catchphrase, but used a true barometer for our success.

Total HealthCare Management, Inc (THM) was founded in 2000 by our president, Kathleen Torres. Our Managed Care Department was developed by and is currently overseen by our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Lester Sacks, a California Board Certified physician in Occupational Medicine. He is nationally recognized as a leading expert for his development, revising and maintaining of policies and procedures relating to the Managed Care/Utilization Review and Provider Network Industry. We are certified as a DBE, WBE & MBE through the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
